Luke Boggs is an associate at Johnson Marlowe LLP. His practice focuses on government, business, and construction litigation.

Luke graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and from the School of Public and International Affairs with a Master of Public Administration in 2021. During law school, Luke served as the Executive Online Editor of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property and completed externships with the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission, Athens-Clarke County Public Defender’s Office, and the Tenth Judicial District’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Before law school, Luke graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. Between undergraduate and law school, Luke served as Chief of Staff to State Representative Spencer Frye and worked for Athens Area Habitat for Humanity.

Luke lives in Bogart, Georgia with his wife, Bryce, and their three dogs and cat.
