Do you handle cases outside of Athens, Georgia?

Yes, of course! We are presently handling cases and disputes throughout Georgia and even in Alabama and Mississippi, particularly:

  • Athens, GA
  • Gainesville, GA
  • Jefferson, GA
  • Commerce, GA
  • Hall County, GA

If our Athens, Georgia office location isn't convenient to you, then we will travel to you to discuss your potential case or claim.

Do you handle any cases that aren't listed in your "Practice Areas"?

Yes. One of the greatest things about the law practice is the diversity of cases you handle on a daily basis, many of which don't fit into clearly defined categories like "breach of contract." The practice areas on our website are representative, not exhaustive. If you have a specific claim or potential case, please contact us to discuss it. We can likely assist you with it, and if not, we will personally refer you to competent counsel who can.

If I hire your law firm, how will I be billed for the services?

We offer several billing options, which are summarized here. Although we believe that we provide superior services and should be paid for them as such, our size and case selection criteria gives us a lot of pricing flexibility in the cases that we choose to accept. We generally don't have a problem finding a pricing solution that works for us and our clients.

Why should I hire your law firm?

There are many excellent lawyers in Georgia. But we believe that few other law firms offer the blend of experience, proven track record, competitive rates, and forward-thinking that our lawyers do. If you haven't already, please learn more about our lawyers, our results, our approach to cases and claims, what we believe separates us from larger firms, and how we use technology to lower the cost of your legal bills.
