TREVOR JONES

Trevor Jones is Senior Counsel at Johnson Marlowe, LLP.

Trevor has represented owners, developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in connection with the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate since 2007, and has handled complex transactions across the United States. In particular, Trevor has significant experience representing owners in the purchase and sale of shopping centers and mixed-use developments and representing landlords in the negotiation of national tenant leases. Trevor is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers.

Trevor graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2003, and graduated cum laude from Cumberland Law School in 2007, where he was the copy editor for the Cumberland Law Review.  After graduation from law school, he joined the Birmingham office of one of the largest law firms in the United States, where he practiced for five years. In 2012, Trevor returned to Athens, where he continues to represent clients in all facets of commercial real estate.

Trevor is very active in the Athens community, where he is a board member for Ciné and Nuci’s Space. Trevor has previously served as a board member for the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and AthensMade.
